Job Title:

Patient Service Associates (Radiology)

Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality front-line services to patients in a dynamic Radiology department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and quality patient services, including registration and scheduling of appointments, as well as collection of payments.
  • Assist radiographers in procedure rooms and provide basic nursing care for patients.
Qualifications and Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a GCE 'O'/ 'N' Level qualification, with experience in healthcare, hospitality or frontline customer service being highly advantageous. Additionally, good interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.

Working Arrangements

As a member of our team, you can expect to work 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays. The working hours for each shift are as follows: Shift 1 - 7:30am to 4:30pm and Shift 2 - 12:00pm to 9:00pm.
