Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Area Delivery Leader to join our team and lead our Area Shared Delivery Team. This senior leadership role is responsible for all delivery activities within the Area, ensuring optimal support while maximizing team utilization and revenue performance.

You will be responsible for leading and managing the Area SDT, overseeing Delivery Practice Managers (DPMs) and their teams. You will also ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions for customers and partners, meeting and exceeding satisfaction targets.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in IT and/or Management Consulting/Services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or people leader role. Experience leading cloud transformation projects is also essential.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage the Area Shared Delivery Team
  • Ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions for customers and partners
  • Drive business development initiatives and provide portfolio guidance and oversight
  • Collaborate with ProServe Account Executives to identify and define customer business outcomes
  • Manage the Area P&L, optimizing team growth, performance, and utilization
  • Serve as an escalation point for Sales and Delivery teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years in IT and/or Management Consulting/Services
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership or people leader role
  • Experience leading cloud transformation projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel to AWS and customer locations globally
