Construction Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to lead our construction site operations.

  • Oversight of daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivery of projects on time.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Project Manager in all aspects of work;
  • Managing workers and monitoring their work to ensure site safety;
  • Preparing and submitting daily reports to the Project Manager;
  • Analyzing drawings and site execution to identify areas for improvement;
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering;
  • Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course;
  • Work at Height Supervisor Course;
  • At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Competent with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).
