Job Title: Operational Site Lead

As a seasoned operational leader, you will serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating waste collection requirements at customer sites. Your expertise in site operations will be instrumental in understanding and clarifying customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to meet waste collection requirements at customer sites.
  • Work closely with customer site operations teams to understand and clarify their needs.
  • Manage new and ongoing projects, including liaising with customers on project specifications and schedules.
  • Track and resolve site risks and issues.
  • Oversee workers and subcontractors at project sites, reporting any issues to the Project Manager.
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing customer care programs, monitoring satisfaction, and addressing complaints or changes.
  • Ensure all personnel adhere to safety, environmental, and health policies and procedures; review work activities and job safety risk assessments.
  • Train workers on new job requirements and equipment usage.
  • Arrange transportation for workers to and from sites.
  • Support emergency worker deployment to sites.

Requirements:

  • Completed Safety Orientation Course (related to power plant or construction work).
  • Supervise Work At Height Course completion (preferred).
  • Experience in supervising scaffolding projects.
  • Knowledge of dismantling and maintaining scaffolding.
  • Understanding of WSH Scaffolding Regulations and Requirements (preferred).
