This role is responsible for providing high-quality legal support to procurement and projects in KSA/MEA. It requires ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, analyzing and drafting contracts, negotiating agreements, and supervising junior team members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review, negotiate, draft, and advise on procurement contracts and ancillary documents.
  • Review, negotiate, draft, and advise on project contracts, including FEED and design and construction contracts, and ancillary documents.
  • Conduct compliance and EHSS investigations and prepare reports.
  • Train, mentor, and assist legal associates, paralegals, and Coop trainees on procurement and project-based assignments.
  • E nsure achievement of global legal team goals.
  • Maintain compliance with our Code of Ethics and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Sharia required.
  • Experience in project-related matters, including engineering, procurement, and construction, is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of business principles is beneficial.
  • Experience in building a strong corporate compliance culture and supporting junior lawyers is preferred.
