Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to oversee HR processes, manage administrative tasks, and maintain personnel records.

  • Coordinate the processing of work passes, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance.
  • Administer payroll, leave management, and HRIS systems efficiently.
  • Manage workers' dormitory issues and arrange necessary courses for employee staff members.
  • Maintain and update physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts and letters.
  • Provide support with phone calls, reception duties, and other administrative tasks.
  • Organize company events, such as birthday celebrations, labor day, and Christmas parties.
  • Handle monthly petty cash and support Annual Appraisal exercises and KPI review.
  • Plan and support performance, growth, and people development across the organization.
  • Improve the office environment, supporting productivity and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the recruitment process to ensure that only qualified candidates are selected.
  2. Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to improve employee relations and reduce turnover.
  3. Collaborate with the management team to establish and achieve organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work well in a team.
