As an Advocate for Growth and Development, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and nurturing primary school children (Primary 1 to 6).

  • Support in the care and guidance of students in an after-school environment.\
  • Foster an inclusive environment where students feel safe to take risks and collaborate with peers.\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine life skills programme curriculum and teaching strategies.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • A degree in a related subject and/or field with minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a student care / child care environment.\
  • Prior experience working with children, preferably at the primary school level.\
  • A passion for teaching and nurturing children.\
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.\
  • Excellent work ethics, integrity, and a positive attitude.\
