Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to provide top-level support to our senior executives at AD ASTRA CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LTD. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars for senior executives, ensuring seamless scheduling and timely reminders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including processing expense reports, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  • Communication Support: Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of senior executives, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and prepare meeting notes, slides, and documents for senior executives, requiring strong writing and communication skills.
  • Multi-Tasking: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • Soft Skills: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
