  • Deep understanding of regional refining demand, regional crude oil logistics, global arbitrage, and associated financial instruments
  • Direct refinery operations support experience
  • Ability to collaborate, share market intelligence, and work as a team
  • Strong understanding of macro trends, geopolitical risks, and supply/demand fundamentals affecting crude oil markets
  • Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and manage multiple positions in a fast-moving market
  • Excellent risk management discipline regarding managing exposure and costs associated with cargo trading
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with counterparts and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in trading software such as TT, ICE Connect, WebICE, SAP
