Job Title:
Cafe Operations Manager

Job Description
Cafe operations involve overseeing the overall safety and hygiene of Café work areas, ensuring staff adhere to NEA standards and guidelines on food handling and storage. This includes scheduling of staff to maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in the kitchen. The successful candidate will also oversee inventory and management of food materials & waste, including ordering of food / materials, usage to ensure minimal wastage, proper disposal of food waste etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in the kitchen
- Work closely with front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Valid Food safety course certification
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma certification
- At least 1 year experience in operations and baking
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a love for baking
- Friendly, positive, dedicated and eager to contribute to a fun, growing cafe
