**F&B Operations Manager**Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking an experienced and skilled F&B Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our cafe.**Job Description:**We require a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills to supervise daily food and beverage operations, lead and train service staff to deliver excellent customer service, ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards, handle customer inquiries, monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with management to improve service standards.**Required Skills & Qualifications:*** Previous experience in F&B supervision, preferably in a cafe, restaurant or hospitality environment** Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills** Ability to work under pressure and handle customer service challenges** Good organizational and problem-solving abilities** Must be able to work weekends and public holidays** Must have a valid driving license** Able to speak Malay and Mandarin is an advantage.***Tell us about your skills:**
