Facilities Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with expertise in cleanroom systems, building services, and utility supply systems. They will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to ensure the efficient and reliable functioning of these critical systems.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have experience in managing cleanroom systems, operating and maintaining building air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and clean room systems.
In addition, they will have experience in operating and maintaining large industrial size chillers and associated supporting systems, as well as environmental protection systems such as wet, dry, and thermal scrubbers, and VOC abatement system.
The successful candidate will also have knowledge of maintenance principles and good engineering practices, and be able to supervise small improvement projects related to facilities responsibilities.
- Master or Degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Building or equivalent.
- 5 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical or petrochemical industry. Hands-on experience in day-to-day operation and maintenance essential.
