The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for managing the sourcing process for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key technical talents at all levels.
Closely collaborating with the Recruiting team and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle is essential to ensure business needs and goals are met.
A comprehensive understanding of the business and effective management of stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners are critical components of this role.
Developing innovative sourcing strategies, initiating new projects, and optimizing current processes to improve recruiting efficiency are key responsibilities.
Conducting complex data analysis and sharing up-to-date, accurate, and valuable market intelligence to support business growth is also a crucial aspect.
Ensuring a great candidate experience and promoting our organization as a great place to work for all candidates are additional priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to find and engage key technical talents at all levels.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects, and optimize current processes.
- Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and valuable market intelligence.
- Ensure a great candidate experience and promote our organization as a great place to work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean, LinkedIn) to identify and engage passive candidates within the tech industry talent space.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners.
- At least 2 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing large data sets to support business strategies.
