Account Executive, Strategic Account Management

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their in-house insurance/reinsurance and broking team, and various ceding companies.
- Assist in the preparation of timely reports, including quarterly schedules of renewals, stewardship reports, renewal reports, and claim bordereaux reports.
- Identify and develop organic growth opportunities with existing clients, including cross-selling other Aon capabilities.
- Coordinate client meetings, trips, and other special requirements.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on Risk and Insurance Management, Business, Finance, or Sales.
- At least one to two years' experience in a reinsurance or insurance broking or related insurance/reinsurance company.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu is an advantage.
- A team player who is able to multitask in a highly pressurized environment and willing to travel.
- Good relationship development skills, in dealings with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
