Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their in-house insurance/reinsurance and broking team, and various ceding companies.
  • Assist in the preparation of timely reports, including quarterly schedules of renewals, stewardship reports, renewal reports, and claim bordereaux reports.
  • Identify and develop organic growth opportunities with existing clients, including cross-selling other Aon capabilities.
  • Coordinate client meetings, trips, and other special requirements.
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on Risk and Insurance Management, Business, Finance, or Sales.
  • At least one to two years' experience in a reinsurance or insurance broking or related insurance/reinsurance company.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu is an advantage.
  • A team player who is able to multitask in a highly pressurized environment and willing to travel.
  • Good relationship development skills, in dealings with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
