Job Title

Our organization is seeking a skilled Platform Implementation Specialist

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to design, build, and test client platforms that meet agreed business needs and service levels.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting for issues related to client platforms.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, investigate root causes, and provide temporary or permanent resolutions. Provide timely updates to relevant parties.
  • Manage service requests related to client platforms.
  • Monitor service level agreements, document system configurations, and maintain accurate records. Regularly report to key stakeholders.
  • Participate in the implementation and upgrade of client platforms.
  • Oversee the management of client platform implementations and upgrades.
  • Conduct research and evaluations on tools for client platforms.
  • Provide technical advice to customers and project teams on systems-related matters.
  • Manage client platform management systems.
  • Coordinate changes to systems through change request processes and provide status updates to relevant parties.
  • Perform pre-sales activities related to client platforms.
  • Gather business and application requirements to perform infrastructure requirement analysis and design.
  • Ensure service levels meet required standards. Propose and implement action plans when necessary.
  • Establish facility management standards and best practices to ensure operational consistency across project and facility management teams.
