Warehouse Assistant Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager in maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: Assist in picking and packing of stocks, organize and pack stocks according to delivery schedules, and ensure accurate input of in/out stock in the company's system.
  • Warehouse Operations: Learn to operate the warehouse management system (EPB), verify and ensure the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain the security of inventory in the assigned warehouse area.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure assigned warehouse areas are clean, neat, and organized.
Requirements:
  • Physical Strength: Physically fit to carry loads up to 20kg.
  • Warehouse Environment: Able to work in a warehouse environment (non-aircon environment).
Additional Duties:
  • E-commerce Orders: Process daily ecom orders and ecom returns.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks such as pick rate calculation, daily delivery summary, attendance, and daily job allocation.
