Job Title: Strategic IT Risk ManagerRole Summary:
We are hiring a skilled IT Security Officer to oversee robust IT governance, cyber security, and regulatory compliance across a global fintech team. The ideal candidate will ensure the team adheres to local regulations and industry standards for risk management and cyber security.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and assess the bank's compliance with local regulations and industry requirements for IT risk management and cyber security.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate IT risk exposures to develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
  • Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with local and international IT risk and cyber security regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on IT governance status, compliance initiatives, and risk remediation progress.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT risk management, IT security, or IT audits within the banking industry.
  • Familiarity with local and international regulations, including MAS TRM Guidelines, Cyber Hygiene requirements, and China's IT risk and cyber security standards.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is required.
  • Professional certifications in IT governance, risk management, or compliance (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC) are advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, with ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
