About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect Manager to join our AWS Business Applications team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of cloud-based solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on architecting and delivering cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop technical strategies, and implement solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the voice of the customer and collaborate with field and central teams to bring customer feedback to product teams.
  • Provide advanced technical knowledge to aligned GTM teams to unblock customers' largest and most critical business challenges.
  • Own the technical bar for specialist technical artifacts and standards, working closely with extended teams.
  • Collaborate with GTM colleagues to provide technical insights into GTM strategy and support field marketing to execute local technical events, campaigns, and customer engagements.
  • Act as a thought leader, sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
  • Guide and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts aligned to customers, creating field enablement materials for the broader SA population.
About the Team

Our team is part of the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), which is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.

We work backwards from our customers' most complex and business-critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses.

Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of enterprise IT application work, including at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider, such as Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
  • 8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
