Job Description

The role of Dishwasher cum Kitchen Assistant is a vital position within our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, as well as assisting with food preparation and other ad hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the dishwashing machine to ensure optimal cleanliness and efficiency
  • Wash and dry all pans, pots, utensils, dishes, and store them back in their allocated locations
  • Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times
  • Sweep and mop floors regularly to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Empty trash containers promptly to prevent unpleasant odors and pest infestations
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by management
  • Support with simple food preparation where possible to enhance overall kitchen productivity
