We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join our team at Careers@Gov. As an Internal Audit Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial, compliance, and operational audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Review and assess internal controls to ensure they are adequate and effective.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management and the audit committee.
  • Provide advisory services and support to management on governance and risk management.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in internal audit and/or external audit.
  • Good fundamental knowledge of governance, risks, and controls.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
