- Perform detailed gap analysis and collaborate with technology teams to propose effective solutions.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for FX systems, tracking progress, monitoring risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Requirements:
\- Domain expertise in FX trading systems and structured product system management within the finance sector.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the FX or structured products domain.
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end project delivery for FX systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and provide effective solutions.
Preferred Skills:
\- Knowledge of front-to-back FX systems architecture.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to FX trading.
