Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to lead our team in delivering high-quality English language education to children.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design and deliver engaging programs that facilitate active learning experiences.

  • Develop and implement curriculum-aligned programs that cater to the diverse needs of young learners

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and complete regular reports to stakeholders

  • Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment by preparing and maintaining teaching aids and resources

  • Collaborate with parents and other educators to foster a supportive community that promotes child development

  • Perform routine care and hygiene tasks to ensure the well-being of children in their care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field from a recognized institution

  • ACEY/L1/L2 Teacher Certification issued by ECDA

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and electronic devices

Preferred Skills:

  • Artistic and creative abilities for designing engaging lesson plans and activities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, parents, and colleagues

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve educational goals
