About the Role
In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team and other departments as needed. Your responsibilities will include handling various clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document organization. You will also assist with the coordination of office supplies, equipment, and resources. Additionally, you will answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries. Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for key personnel will also be part of your tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
* Handle various clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document organization
* Assist with the coordination of office supplies, equipment, and resources
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars for key personnel
Requirements
* Education: GCE 'O' Level/ Nitec/ Higher Nitec or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
* Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude
* Knowledge of office management practices and procedures
* Language: English and Mandarin
