Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team and support our business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about semiconductor manufacturing and eager to make a meaningful impact through their role.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the semiconductor industry, a bachelor's degree related to engineering or semiconductor, and good communication skills. As a team player with service-oriented mindset, you will be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary global team.

Your key responsibilities will include implementing customer support policies, supervising and maintaining company systems in the field, and providing feedback to headquarters based on your experience gained with customers.

You will also assist in new equipment integration, upgrades, and maintenance of company's parts inventory. Additionally, you will be required to support customers beyond the defined working schedule as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree related to engineering or semiconductor
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor industry (advantageous)
  • Good communication skills, team player, service-oriented
  • Able to accept work shifts and overseas support if needed
  • Proficient in English
