Role Summary

The role of Marketing Communications Associate will involve supporting the execution of marketing communications activities for luxury lifestyle clients across various industries including fashion, jewelry, beauty and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team on media and client relations management.
  • Support daily operations including seasonal press presentations, gifting/seeding, and media/influencer database updates.
  • Monitor and report on media coverage across print, online, and social channels.
  • Organize the press showroom, including sample movements, returns, and maintenance of a systematic log.
  • Develop and maintain brands' communication materials, such as press releases, images, and videos.
  • Assist with media event planning and execution, including support at shows and personality fittings.
  • Develop relationships with press and influencers, identifying new opportunities for product placement or features.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, sharing trending news and creative ideas with the marketing communications division.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or Mass Communications or its equivalent.
  • Existing communications/press office experience in a fashion brand or agency is preferred.
  • High level of organisational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for the media and luxury/fashion/beauty industry.
  • Meticulous with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Driven self-starter with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
