Recruitment Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruitment professional to join our team as a Recruiter. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, screening, onboarding, and matching nannies to clients' specific needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childcare and childcare services, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their childcare needs and position our childcare services as the best solution.
  • Convert leads into paying clients through consultative sales, needs assessment, and service recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with families, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat engagement.
  • Manage client accounts, follow up on enquiries, and support package renewals or upselling of services.
  • Recommend and match nannies based on the client's unique requirements, ensuring a great fit for both the caregiver and the family.
  • Act as a mediator between clients and nannies to ensure smooth communication and address any concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • No prior experience required, but preferably 1-2 years of working experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset—takes initiative, seeks process improvements, and is always eager to learn.
  • Strong people skills and problem-solving abilities.
