Job Title: Vending Machine Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled technician to maintain our vending machine network in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance on vending machines to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Restock and replenish vending machine supplies, including sandwiches, beverages, and coins.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with vending machines promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and machine performance.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure vending machines operate efficiently across our network.
  • Recommend improvements to vending machine functionality and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Class 2B and Class 3 driving licenses (manual vehicle and bike provided by company).
  • Proven experience as a vending machine technician or in a similar maintenance role.
  • Strong technical skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to liaise with business customers.
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to perform physical work.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good time management and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Benefits

  • Machine-based incentive: $100 per machine per month starting from the 25th machine.
  • Performance-based incentives
    • Machine cleanliness and maintenance: $100 per month.
    • Minimizing sandwich throwaways: $50 per month.
    • Minimizing sandwich sell-outs: $50 per month.

Working Arrangements

  • 11pm-9am, Monday-Friday, and 2am-9am on Saturdays.
  • Permanent full-time night shift (midnight) stocking and servicing sandwich vending machines around South Singapore.
  • Candidate must possess at least a primary/secondary school certificate or higher secondary qualification.
  • At least one year of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Class 3 driving license (manual vehicle) and at least one year of driving experience necessary.
