Job Title: Director of ICT Services

   We are seeking an accomplished Director of ICT Services to spearhead our school's technology strategy and operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of ICT, ensuring seamless integration with teaching and learning.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology Strategy:
    • Develop, implement, and review the school's ICT strategy, aligning it with the overall educational vision.
    • Ensure effective use of ICT systems, infrastructure, and support services across the school.
  • Servicing the School:
    • Provide technical support and guidance to staff, students, and parents.
    • Manage and maintain the school network, servers, and workstations.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of ICT policies and procedures.
  • Enrichment and Crisis Management:
    • Liaise with curriculum coordinators and heads of department to provide technical support for internal and community events.
    • Assume responsibility for oversight of all network and systems operation during crisis situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

   This role requires a highly skilled individual with experience in managing large-scale ICT infrastructures, staff management, and crisis response. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is essential, along with proven expertise in operating systems, software applications, and networking protocols.
