Billing Portfolio Manager

The Billing Executive is responsible for generating and verifying tax invoices, collecting information needed to generate tax invoices, processing debit and credit notes, issuing invoices and sending them to customers through various channels, managing billing portfolios to ensure accuracy of billings, maintaining organized financial records of invoices and other billing documents, handling customer enquiries pertaining to billing, working with the accounts and other departments to assist customers in resolving disputes on bill charges, and reporting to department heads on billing and daily activities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and generate tax invoices
- Collect and verify information needed to generate tax invoices
- Process debit and credit notes
- Issue invoices and send them to customers
- Manage billing portfolios to ensure accuracy of billings
- Maintain organized financial records of invoices and other billing documents
- Handle customer enquiries pertaining to billing
- Work with the accounts and other departments to assist customers in resolving disputes on bill charges
- Report to department heads on billing and daily activities
Requirements:
To be successful as a Billing Executive, you will need to have:
- A Diploma in Accounting or Finance related field of study
- 2-3 years of related finance/accounting work experience under a medical laboratory industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Presentation)
- Good written communication skills, customer service skills, and multi-tasking abilities
Work Schedule:
The standard working hours are Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Saturday: 8.30 am to 1.00 pm. The schedule may change due to operational requirements.
