Job Title:

Civil Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating civil engineering projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Involvement in planning and designing civil infrastructure projects
  • Preparation of design and technical specifications for tenders
  • Reviewing drawings, shop drawings & methods of the statement submitted by the contractor
  • Liaising with engineers, contractors & specialist contractors for technical issues
  • Ensuring proper site documentation control and records
  • Coordinate internally with departments and externally with clients & consultants
  • Coordinating with project planning, documentation, and execution of work on site
  • Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
  • Management of project (end-to-end stage)
  • Deployment to client site for regular preventive and emergency maintenance work
  • Technical support for the client site
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field with min 3 years of experience in engineering work and/or construction industry
  • Civil , Mechanical and/or Electrical knowledge / trained / experience
  • Possess BCSS certificate
  • Familiar with tender technical document preparation
  • Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude
  • Strong business acumen with strong analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and planning skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willing to perform night shift hours when required
