Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure project management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of large-scale construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering or a related field and possess excellent coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks efficiently.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for monitoring consultant's design progress, identifying potential issues, and coordinating drawings between disciplines and subcontractors. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to address technical concerns raised by construction and consultant teams.

To excel in this position, you must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor consultant's design progress and highlight missing information, design clashes, and inconveniences for construction.
  • Manage project design coordination works, liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress.
  • Coordinate drawings between disciplines and sub-contractors, managing drawing schedules to ensure timely issuance.
  • Work with BIM modeller/drafter on shop drawings preparation, capturing detail dimensions and settings.
  • Address and resolve technical issues raised by construction and consultant's teams through clear communication and good documentation.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural discipline.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field required.
  • Experience in residential project advantageous.
