AI Business Development Manager Job Opportunity

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional passionate about AI-driven transformation, with a strong track record in enterprise sales and a deep understanding of financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Generate qualified sales opportunities, targeting financial services enterprises.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from first contact to close.
  • Strategic Outreach: Launch multi-channel campaigns targeting senior decision-makers.
  • Partnership Development: Build and grow partner channels, contributing to joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence & Pre-Sales: Identify emerging AI opportunities, collaborate with engineering teams, and lead proposal and contract processes.
  • Sales Operations: Maintain accurate CRM data, provide reliable forecasts, and ensure seamless handover to delivery teams
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales within the Financial Services sector in Asia-Pacific & Japan is essential.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in AI / ML solutions or technology consulting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Systematic thinker with a client-centric and collaborative approach.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to meet activity metrics and maintain high forecast accuracy.
