Job Opportunity: Real Estate Portfolio Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the expansion of our footprint by sourcing and securing new sites in current and potential markets.

  • Growth Strategy: Drive the growth of our real estate portfolio through strategic site acquisition and development.
  • Business Development: Manage end-to-end real estate business development and investment activities, including financial modelling, feasibility analysis, preparation of business proposals, due diligence, negotiations, and securing investment approvals.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential deals across various markets.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deal execution and alignment of each project's performance with approved return metrics.
  • Networking: Develop and maintain a wide network of agents, brokers, landlords, and developers to source quality opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or Finance.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in commercial real estate development or real estate agencies, with a strong focus on business development and investment.
  • Skills: Proven experience in financial modelling, investment underwriting, and asset management.
  • Regional Expertise: Exposure to real estate markets across Asia is a strong advantage.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and manage strong relationships with local developers and brokers to ensure a steady pipeline of viable opportunities.
