We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated staff nurse to support our healthcare team in a dynamic role.
Job Description- Provide exceptional clinical skills as a scrub nurse in the operating theatre for eye cases, demonstrating attention to detail and prioritizing patient care.
- Assist doctors in clinic settings with patient examination and counseling, promoting empathetic care and high patient satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels and process orders for operating theatre supplies, ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient logistics.
- Support the team with ad-hoc duties, embracing opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
To succeed in this role, you will receive comprehensive training and guidance. We seek candidates with a passion for nursing and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Prior ICU experience is desirable but not essential
- A strong understanding of healthcare policies and procedures is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial
