Institutional Onboarding Experience Leader

Lead cross-functional teams to balance user experience, operational scalability, and regulatory readiness.
Work with entrepreneurs and product leaders to drive innovation in compliance.
The ideal candidate should possess strong Product Management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and good user empathy.
Achieve a seamless and confident onboarding process for our institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for institutional clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize onboarding workflows.
- Ensure regulatory readiness and scalability of compliance systems.
- Drive innovation in compliance through collaboration with entrepreneurs and product leaders.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
