Job Description

This is a key opportunity to join an organization as a ServiceNow solutions architect, focusing on delivering high-impact technical solutions that drive business success. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and extensive experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains, including Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Define best practices and governance for ServiceNow architecture and development.
  • Oversee platform configuration, customization, scripting, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Guide internal team development and knowledge transfer.
  • Maintain system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and identify opportunities for platform optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of overall IT experience with at least 1-2 years in ServiceNow development and architecture.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Degree.
  • Proven track record in delivering solutions using CSM and ITSM modules in complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of core ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Catalog, Workflow & Flow Designer, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Performance Analytics, IntegrationHub, User Portal, and Role-based Access Controls (RBAC).
  • Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Experience with App Engine, custom application development, and platform governance.
