Job Title: Key Business Growth Specialist
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, token listings, and TVL for our new decentralised marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in sourcing and onboarding token projects with locked/vested assets. They will also have a solid understanding of token vesting & secondary markets, as well as established relationships with VCs, exchanges, and ecosystems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and onboarding token projects with locked/vested assets
- Building relationships with VCs, exchanges, and ecosystems
- Educating partners on token liquidity solutions
- Structuring listings aligned to vesting schedules
- Representing the company at events and industry forums
- Tracking KPIs and sharing market insights
Requirements:
- 5+ yrs in sales/BD/partnerships (crypto, DeFi, or fintech)
- Strong knowledge of token vesting & secondary markets
- Established Web3 network (VCs, launchpads, exchanges, L1/L2s)
- Deal negotiation & compliance/legal familiarity
- Excellent communicator, self-starter, remote-ready
