Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Outlet Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring that all aspects of service meet the highest standards.
  • To achieve this goal, you will need to analyze menus and products of competitor restaurants and room service, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective changes.
  • You will also be responsible for creating an efficient duty roster, ensuring that sufficient manpower is available to meet business volume demands.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with guests, subordinates, superiors, and other department heads through effective communication is essential for success in this role.
  • Additionally, you will prepare daily revenue reports and cover counts for the outlet, as well as identify and resolve service-related issues professionally.
  • The successful candidate will also implement cost-saving measures for electricity, operating supplies, and other controllable costs related to service operations.
  • This is a challenging but rewarding role, requiring a high level of organization, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • A diploma in Hotel Management or a relevant field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage products and high-end service standards is essential.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Basic computer literacy is necessary.
  • An organized approach, combined with strong planning, communication, and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.
