We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Inventory Coordinator to join our team at TOP INTERNATIONAL HOLDING PTE. LTD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics and inventory activities for our Guinea entity, including managing all equipment, parts, and inventory matters, coordinating bi-annual stocktake with local Guinea counterparts, and tracking and recording all inventory movements used in operations.

You will also update inventory status and movements in Autocount system in a timely manner, process purchase requisition forms, purchase orders, and goods received notes in the system, and maintain accurate records of spare parts received from overseas and local suppliers.

In addition, you will liaise with procurement department on new part purchases, perform monthly book closures and prepare inventory reports for accounting and operations, and generate and distribute monthly reports including inventory status reports and goods in transit (GIT) reports.

You will monitor trends in major inventory usage and inventory levels, visualize inventory data and report findings to management, identify areas of weakness in inventory management processes and propose solutions, and handle ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field and 3+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain roles. You should have practical hands-on experience with inventory management systems, particularly Autocount, and experience in international logistics and inventory tracking is preferred.

A strong knowledge of inventory management processes and workflows, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools are essential skills for this position. Additionally, you should be independent and highly responsible, requiring minimal supervision, task-focused and deadline-oriented, and proficient in English (written and spoken).

You will also possess self-motivation, ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, systematic approach to work, and professional demeanor in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
