**Responsibilities**:

- Update and maintain inventory of scaffold materials for warehouse and job sites
- Liaise with site coordinators on their forecasts and requirements and ensure that materials are ready for use based on the site’s request.
- Work closely with Scaffold Service Supervisor and update him/her on what needs materials are needed urgently so that the Supervisor can make plans for the service schedule
- Liaise with Logistics Coordinator (Vehicle) to arrange for the transportation of scaffold materials
- Tabulate inventory and submit monthly reports to Finance

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum NiTEC/Diploma in any field
- Able to work in fast pace environment
- Able to work individually and as a team
- Prior knowledge of Scaffolding is an added advantage
- May be required to stand in as Logistics Coordinator (Vehicle) or driver as and when required to
- Assist with other roles within the Logistics Department
