Mechanical and Electrical Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical and Electrical Manager to lead our team in various tenders and manage project budgets, site work programs, and workforce and material planning.

Job Description
  • Possess a recognized degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least ten years of relevant experience in building projects, leading to expertise in project management activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in M&E engineering works, supporting the planning department and assisting the Project Manager in all M&E matters.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the M&E team in various tenders and manage project budgets, site work programs, and workforce and material planning.
  2. Prepare comprehensive project plans, coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a recognized degree by PEB in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • At least ten years of relevant experience in building projects
  • Expertise in project management activities
