Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale AI search experience.
  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions in specialized Machine Learning areas and search/ads/recommendation areas.
  • Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant majors with at least 3-5 years of experience in backend service development.
  • Strong programming skills and solid knowledge in data structure and algorithm.
  • Good understanding of operating system and networking concepts.
  • A strong problem-solving mindset and good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
Desired Skills
  • Good understanding of modern Search system architecture or/and how modern Search product should be evolved.
  • 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
  • 1 year of experience with core GenAI concepts (LLM, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) and experience with text, image, video, or audio generation.
