We are seeking a seasoned Public Relations Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and disseminating engaging content across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and edit newsletters, announcements, and leadership messages that captivate our audience and promote company initiatives.
  • Manage internal platforms, ensuring timely updates on our intranet and digital channels.
  • Create materials to support campaigns, events, and initiatives, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather and distribute content on time, fostering a culture of teamwork and efficiency.
  • Support engagement activities such as town halls, team-building, and recognition programs, enhancing employee morale and motivation.
  • Partner with HR to boost participation and collect feedback, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Track engagement outcomes and prepare simple reports, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage communication calendars and align with business milestones, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venues, materials, and vendors, guaranteeing a smooth experience for all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related role (internships included).
  • Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer, Canva).
