Design Engineer - Innovation in Factory Automation

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Design Engineer (Mechanical) to join our innovative team in the factory automation sector.

This role is ideal for a self-driven individual with a strong mechanical engineering foundation and a passion for designing practical, real-world automation solutions.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop mechanical systems and components using industry-standard tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate across departments to bring designs from concept to production.
  • Work collaboratively with electrical, software, and production teams throughout the design and manufacturing process.
  • Support fabrication, assembly, and troubleshooting during product realization.
  • Ensure all designs meet functional, safety, and industry compliance standards.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation and revision records.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing designs to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of mechanical design experience, preferably in factory automation.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Hands-on experience in mechanical part design, fabrication, and assembly.
  • Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and design for manufacturability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
