A Day in the Life

The Business Development team at AppLovin plays a critical role in developing and sustaining partnerships with mobile game and application developers. Our customer-facing team works closely with mobile platform publishers and developers to identify new opportunities and drive growth.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow AppLovin's book of business in the INSEA region, including India, Pakistan, and Southeast Asia.
  • Interface with mobile game and app developers to build business partnerships and drive growth in the region.
  • Take ownership of client relationships and the success of their business, using a combination of in-depth analysis and market data to articulate and deliver creative growth strategies.
  • Develop into an industry expert and build a consultative approach to your partners, providing value beyond customer support.
  • Consistently perform extensive and accurate research and data analysis to identify and execute on growth opportunities for our customers' businesses.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in fast-paced and analytical environments, performing client-facing functions such as Sales/BD/Analyst/Strategist roles in advertising, gaming, or related fields.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Must be fluent in English; Hindi is a plus.
  • Exceptional communicative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convince and build trust with clients.
  • Must be data-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • A highly developed inner motor and hunger to grow.
  • Deep-seated curiosity to dive into issues, thoroughly understand them, and come up with creative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for mobile and computer games, as you'll be working with game developers on their games.
  • Interest and experience in the tech world, whether through AI models, gadgets, or Excel skills.
