Senior Care Centre Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our Senior Care Centre in Hougang. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the centre.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

A Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional is an added advantage, but not a requirement. What is essential is your passion for providing exceptional care and service to seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Oversee the admission, discharge, assessment, and care of clients, including tracking outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Plan and review activities programs for clients, supervising their implementation to meet the needs and interests of seniors.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders in conducting meaningful activities to engage clients.
  • Organize multidisciplinary meetings to ensure holistic care of clients.
  • Manage transport fleets and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Plan and manage staff duty rosters, provide operational leadership, and supervise centre staff.
  • Promote a learning culture by supporting staff in upgrading their skills and knowledge through training and courses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Team player.
  • Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional (an added advantage).
