Regional Marketing Professional

A seasoned marketing expert is required to develop and implement regional brand strategies and digital marketing plans across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive regional brand strategies and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate country-level marketing efforts in alignment with regional objectives, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns for brand visibility, product launches, and demand generation, utilizing data-driven insights.
  • Standardize and optimize brand communications and content for consistency across markets, reflecting the company's overall vision.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, planning, and internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and campaign performance to derive actionable insights, driving informed decision-making.
  • Lead and manage a regional marketing team, providing guidance and direction, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Build and manage long-term partnerships with media, influencers, and agency stakeholders, establishing mutually beneficial relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 5-8 years of trade marketing experience, preferably from consumer electronics or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of executing successful regional marketing campaigns, demonstrating strategic thinking and creative problem-solving.
  • Strong understanding of SEA market dynamics, culture, and consumer behavior, enabling effective marketing strategies.
