Job Scope

  • Provide setup and service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Conduct and perform sequence of service independently, adhering to high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of beverage service, including preparation and presentation techniques.
  • Conduct and perform canapé and cocktail service with finesse, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
  • Brew coffee manually and using machines, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
  • Possess basic F&B Banquets knowledge and type of room configuration, enabling effective planning and execution.
  • Read and understand F&B Requirements from BEOs, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation.
  • Conduct an effective operations briefing and deployment for casuals, up to 20, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
  • Understand the procedure of Cash Float for Concession Stand/Cash Bar, ensuring accurate handling and reconciliation.
  • Competent in handling POS EDC Machines Setup & Usage, streamlining transactions and enhancing guest experience.
  • Knowledge and compliance with 'OneMBS' F&B Standards, upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Understand basic computer skills (Prosoft, Microsoft Excel & Word), facilitating efficient data management and reporting.
  • Prepare handover report and key into the Banquet daily summary report, ensuring accurate documentation and analysis.
  • Possess basic knowledge of emergency contact details, ensuring prompt response and resolution.
  • Manage station of 20 tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, delivering exceptional service and quality.
  • Manage up to 200-pax small conference, providing tailored service and support.
  • Maintain storage areas with proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Rectify any cleanliness/organization deficiencies as and when required, upholding high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Respond, acknowledge, and anticipate promptly to guests' requests, delivering exceptional service and quality.
  • Manage additional tasks assigned by Manager on Duty, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

    • Proficient in written and verbal English, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
    • F&B Knowledge and safety, upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence.
    • Have a well-groomed and professional appearance, reflecting the company's values and standards.
    • Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
    • Prepare for monthly stock and inventory as assigned by manager, ensuring accurate documentation and analysis.
    • Ensure cleanliness for operating pantries, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
