Job Title: Massage Therapist and Body Treatment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist and Body Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our wellness center, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services to clients, administering body treatments that promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong ability to understand client needs and preferences. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain a clean and organized treatment room, and adhere to high standards of professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer various massage techniques and body treatments to clients, including TCM Cupping, Scraping (GuaSha), and Tuina.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and any specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Develop and implement effective wellness programs tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and insights to enhance overall service quality.
Requirements:
  • Diploma certification in a relevant field, such as massage therapy or holistic health.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
