• Key Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery: Perform a range of treatments, such as facials, manicures, pedicures, and massages, providing hair removal services using techniques like waxing and electrolysis, applying makeup, and giving advice on beauty products and techniques.
• Client Education & Aftercare: Educate clients on the benefits and procedures of various beauty treatments, providing guidance on skincare products and at-home regimens to maintain results.
• Salon Operations: Manage appointments, maintain client records with detailed treatment information, and ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of all equipment and treatment areas.

• Sales: Excellent sales and marketing skills, with the ability to recommend and cross-sell appropriate beauty products and additional services.
• Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Customer Loyalty: Focus on building customer loyalty through effective communication, excellent service, and personalized attention to client needs.
• Treatment: Proficiency in administering various beauty treatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, massages, waxing, electrolysis, makeup application, and skin rejuvenation.
• Waxing: Proficiency in hair removal services using techniques like waxing and electrolysis.
• Spa: Experience working in a spa environment, with knowledge of spa operations, sanitation, and safety protocols.
